Been here quite few times. Love this branch as it’s less crowded compared to other branches during timing around 6-7pm. Food is always served hot. Love their fries a lot!!! Just yesterday the hash brown is a bit hard to bite. Service I’ve receive is wonderful. Even though mistake happened but I can understand. They settle it very well and fast. Not a big issue for me. Staff are helpful ,polite and warming. People are not robots. Even robots make mistakes sometimes. So from what I encountered, I felt that just be considerate. Do good. And good things will come to you.

Nice food and service. Chicken , fries always Hot and fresh. This is my multiple visits with my family member. Recommended if you want to get McD around Pulai Perdana and Teratai.

such a very good staff at drive thru . Hope other Mcdonald could take this store as example of a great service and hospitality. Overall the customer service is superb ! keep it up guys!

After 11 years living here finally I get to see the ignored jungle side of Johor Bahru developing with its very own McD. Holy mother of Tunku Abdul Rahman, finally our dream came true. This pics are from first day launch and the fries & meat are so juicy. Now I know how McD taste with all new utensils. I hope the lazy bodoh MPKu & MBIP work together to replace the bodoh bin bangang traffic lights with roundabouts so that I no need to ride bike as only to reach here. The congestion makes the development worthless… idiocracy of government that delays simple development
